Run With Us

Northeast Track Club meets twice a week, except during Better Your Mile (May & June) when we add Thursdays:

  • Tuesday nights at at 7:00 pm for 4-6 mile speed/track interval workouts. Location is Eastern Senior High School track. All paces welcome.

  • Saturday morning long runs starting at various coffee shops and small businesses across DC. Distances range from 5-20 miles depending on the training season. Start time is 8 am during the summer months and 9 or 10 am during other parts of the year. Pace is 9 min/mile+, which allows us to focus on our community. Pace focus is left for Tuesdays and other speed sessions.

  • The calendar below shows what’s on tap for the month, including any special events and sessions outside of our Tuesday/Saturday workouts, social events, and community service opportunities.

Our membership is offered at a “freemium.” All sessions are free - no memberships! Occasionally, we host special events at venues we rent or social activities that have a small charge, which we offer to all who are interested. To join, just show up! We look forward to running with you!
